In fact, Readify has always been hiring. For as long as I can remember working for for the company we have always been on the lookout for good people. Like any organisation our ability to hire depends on maintaining a pipeline of good candidates – and we are about as picky as they come.

How will it work?

When you send me your resume I will acknowledge that I have received it with a quick e-mail. I’ll quickly evaluate it and if I think you are Readify material I’ll feed it in, however if I don’t, then I won’t. Its really important for you to really detail your experience – and I want to see your passion come through. If you resume is pretty dry then feel free to put a covering note on it to demonstrate your passion to me.

Either way – you won’t necessarily hear from me or Readify after the initial confirmation that we have received your resume – after all, its a pipeline, but if you know about Readify you’ll know that we are pretty serious about who we hire.
