Headache
I’ve gone cold turkey on caffine. No coffee or tea for me – no sir! The result is that today I have a splitting headache, I just hope I don’t kill anyone . . .

Been there, and done that, I'm sure you will feel crook for a few days :(
You will feel much better this time next week and not feel like you need a caffeine hit to wake up in the morning.

Dugie - its not the hotwater and milk in coffee that is causing me problems :P
Thomas - trying to get fit and lose some weight.

Well done mate. I've done it and trust me, it does get better after the first 4 days. I've switched to peppermint tea (no sugar).
Of course i assume that this caffeine elimination extends to Coke, DietCoke and all the other yummy energy drinks as well, right ? ;)
