I picked up this link to .NETCPU from Robert Scoble’s blog. Despite all the ScobleBashing that is going on he still remains a great source of information. The link to .NETCPU is timely for me because I’ve recently been looking at warehousing technology and can see how it could be employed to control inventory management and distribution automation systems.

Having said that, at the price they are talking about you could probably pick up some cheap PC hardware and interface it directly with various electric motors etc. Then you would have the full capabilities of the .NET Framework and it could make debugging and replacement easier. Very interesting . . .
