No, I'm not about to jump on a plane to another consulting or training engagement. Instead I am sitting in the long-term car park with my bonnet up waiting for NRMA to arrive to get the car started. When we got back in to Canberra yesterday with discovered that our little car wouldn't start. Apparently it is grumpy about being left out in the cold. And believe me, it is cold.

When we flew in over the ranges we saw a fairly light dusting of snow, and on the drive back out to the airport this morning many of the hills around us also had snow on them. This is one of the reasons I love being in Canberra - winter.

Unfortunately the winter has caused this breakdown which is in turn eating into the time I had allocated to rebuild my laptop.
