I’ve had my head down for the last month getting stuck into various technical activities ranging from consulting, coding and preparing and delivering presentations for TechEd and user groups.
As a result I haven’t been able to post up to my blog as much as I would have liked to and I’ve got a huge backlog of posts from other peoples blogs that I want to respond to.
Currently I have one thousand, six hundred and five unread blog entries and about fifty to sixty that I have already flagged for follow-up. In that lot there is a lot of PDC related material including – but not limited to:
- LINQ/XLINQ and DLINQ
- C# 3.0 and VB 9.0 Generally
- Windows Vista
- Windows Communication Foundation
- Windows Presentation Foundation
- Windows Workflow Foundation
- Office 12 and SharePoint 3.0
- Microsoft Expression Suite
- Atlas
- BlogML
And I don’t just want to post about it – I want to get my head right around all of this new technology. Some of these technologies I have already been looking at for a while now but the PDC tends to mean that things have evolved a little bit.
Next week I am heading off to Redmond for the MVP summit where I am sure we are going to get a second helping of all the content that was delivered at the PDC as well as some face time with the teams themselves.
I figure if I spend my time this weekend and during the week getting myself up to speed I should be well prepared. Wish me luck – and watch out for the wave of posts!
