Darren has pulled out all the stops to get BlogML out to the community, the difference with this release and other spec releases that you see is that Darren has taken the time to build an API to support it in .NET and proves it can work by modifying his own SUB blog engine.

This is very much in the spirit of other blogging technologies which have evolved over the past five years where they focus on people being able to get their hands dirty as fast as possible. I was lucky enough to be a BETA tester for the BlogML integration in SUB and it worked perfectly. Now all I need is something to extract all the content from .Text and place it into BlogML and I’ll be able to migrate to SUB (or whatever engine out there starts supporting it).
